"Where do I start — Adam is brilliant. I completed on a holiday let in Anglesey on 28th March and was introduced to him a couple of weeks later. As it turned out we needed a new water heater and shower. Adam assessed the property, worked out a solution and kept me informed of his plans and challenges at all times. We also decided partway through to put in a new toilet, basin and mains tap. I set up a WhatsApp group with him, my electrician and joiners and they all got on with the job and worked around each other over a three-week period. Adam is very responsive and solution-focused, which gave me complete confidence that I had the right man on the job.
